Bruny Island Holiday Park — Pet Policy

We understand pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our park.

To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful and safe stay, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below.

Pet Fee

A one-off pet fee of $30 per stay applies.

This helps cover additional cleaning required to maintain our accommodation and park facilities for all guests.

Supervision & Behaviour

Pets must be:
• Kept under control at all times
• On a lead when outside your accommodation or site
• Not left unattended for long periods

If your pet becomes distressed when left alone, please take them with you when you go out.

Barking and Noise

Excessive barking can disturb other guests.

If your pet is barking continuously or causing disruption, we may ask you to take steps to manage the situation.

In rare cases where noise continues, management reserves the right to require pets to be removed from the park.

Furniture and Bedding

Pets are not permitted on beds, couches, or furniture.

Please bring:
• Your pet’s own bedding
• Towels or blankets if needed

Cleaning and Damage

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

This includes:
• Picking up pet waste immediately
• Keeping accommodation and sites clean
• Removing pet hair before departure

If additional cleaning or damage occurs beyond normal expectations, charges of up to $100
may apply.

Safety

For the safety of all guests:
• Aggressive or uncontrolled pets are not permitted
• Owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour at all times
