Bruny Island Holiday Park
Bruny Island is a unique and beautiful destination, but as an island community, travel requires planning and advance notice. Last-minute cancellations are often difficult for us to rebook, particularly outside peak periods.
As a small, family-run business, we are committed to continually improving and evolving the park to create a wonderful experience for all our guests. To do this sustainably and fairly, we maintain a clear and firm cancellation policy to protect against significant loss of income.
Booking & Payment
• Valid payment details are required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
Cancellations
• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• The 7-day period is calculated from 2:00 pm on your scheduled arrival date.
• For example: if your check-in date is Friday at 2:00 pm, you may cancel free of charge up until 2:00 pm the previous Friday.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of 2:00 pm on your arrival date will incur the full booking charge.
• No-shows or failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in the full booking amount being charged.
Early Departures
• No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights once a stay has commenced.
We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to travel plans.
